Terms & Conditions

1.This promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, with the exception of employees of Nestlé Waters UK Ltd, their immediate families, agents or anyone else associated with the administration of this promotion.

2. The Top prize: one Home Makeover prize worth £20,000 to be won, as well as the services of an interior designer worth £5,000. Closing date for entries is midnight on 22/06/08.

3. Daily Prizes: £400 worth of John Lewis vouchers to be won every day between 28/04/08 and 22/06/08 based on entries received up until midnight each day.

5. Texts are charged at standard network rate (typically 10-12p, but dependent on your network operator). Entrants must have permission of the person paying the bill before entering).

6. Participation is by text entry only. Entries received by any other means (including postal) will be excluded.

7. Daily prize winners will be notified by text and must respond within 7 days with their full contact details, otherwise their win will be void and the prize will be re-allocated.

8. The Top Prize winner will be contacted by phone for an initial consultation to assess their style and requirements. An appropriate designer will then be sourced from the members or associate members of the British Interior Designer Association. The £20,000 prize will be paid to the winner by cheque and the services of the Designer paid by the promoter. If the Design service is not required by the winner, the £5,000 allowance will not be paid to the winner.

9. All valid entries received will be entered into the next available daily prize draw to win £400 worth of John Lewis vouchers and will also be automatically entered into the final prize draw for the Home Makeover.

10. No one person may win more than one prize in each of the two prize categories (category 1: Home Makeover / category 2: £400 John Lewis vouchers).

11. The winners will be drawn at random, under independent supervision, from all valid entries in the relevant draws.

12. Additional Web Promotion

a) There are 5 additional prizes, each of £200 worth of John Lewis vouchers, to be won from 23/06/08 to midnight 15/12/08 via our website www.buxtonwater.co.uk

b) Closing date for receipt of entries is midnight on 15/12/08.

c) No purchase necessary. To enter simply visit www.buxtonwater.co.uk between 23/06/08 and 15/12/08 inclusive and complete your name and phone number.

d) Winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision, from all valid entries received by the closing date

13. There are no alternatives offered to the John Lewis vouchers and interior design service.

14. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with an equivalent of equal or greater value due to circumstances outside our control,

15. Bulk entries from consumers, the trade or any third party or consumer group entries will not be accepted.

16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost in transmission due to network failure or other technical difficulties outside our control.

17. Winners agree to take part in any reasonable publicity required.

18. By entering the promotion, participants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions governing this offer and by any other requirement set out in promotional material.

19. Winners’ names will be made available on our website, www.buxtonwater.co.uk between 23/06/08 and 21/07/08.

20. The decision of the promoter in all matters shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
