Full Terms & Conditions

1. The Promotion is open to UK, IoM and CI residents aged 18 and over only, except employees and their immediate families of Nestlé UK Ltd, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.  Not open to Republic of Ireland residents. Participants below the age of 18 years of age must confirm during registration that they have their parent or guardian’s consent to participate.
2. Closing date for receipt of entries is midnight on 15th June 2012.
3. Entries limited to one entry per email address. The winner will be drawn within 48 hours of the closing date of the draw. The draw will include all entries received up to and including midnight on the closing date. The winner will be subject to a full verification process and will be notified within seven (7) days of the closing date of the draw via email or letter, depending on the information provided upon registration.
4. When you register for the draw, you will be sent a unique alphanumeric code on screen and by email; you should retain this unique code until you have received confirmation of whether you are a genuine winner of a prize as this unique code may be required to claim the prize.
5. There is one top prize of a round brilliant diamond for the overall winner - grade I3, Carat .66 and colour G-H. In addition, there is a £300 ASDA gift card for second place, and signed merchandise by the England Cricket Team and a pair of tickets to an England versus South Africa Investec Test Match for five runners-up. Tickets are specified for specific matches / games only. In the event of the winner being unable to take up the prize, they may nominate a friend or family member to accept the prize on their behalf.
6. When you register for the Promotion online at www.buxtonwater.co.uk, you will be asked to provide a valid email and postal address. You should be contactable under these contact details so that we can get in touch with you if you win.
7. In the event of an entrant's address changing, or an email address becoming inaccessible during the Promotion, or an entrant moving house, we are not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new email address or postal address.
8. Limitations of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter cannot assume any responsibility or liability for:
   • Any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
   • Any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of verification codes at any point in the operation of this Promotion.
   • Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of this promotion.
   • Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof.
   • Any injury or damage to participants upon delivery and/or use of their prize.
9. Regretfully, we cannot be held liable for system failures on the website or at any of our promotional third party partners. Neither can we be held responsible for the failure to fulfill the obligations of any third parties involved in this Promotion, although we will always endeavor to minimize the effect to the participant of any such failure.
10. Conduct of participation. Participants in the Promotion agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the draw entry process or the operation of the Promotion or website, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
11. By entering the Promotion, prize winners acknowledge that they will be required to participate in publicity relating to the Promotion without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrants name and/or image, statements made by the entrants concerning the promotion and/or prizes and photographs or moving images of the entrants or their guests taken as part of the competition.
12. Any material created as part of the above Promotion shall be owned by the Promoter or the Promoter shall have the rights to use such material. Prize winners agree for the Promoter to edit, publish and use in perpetuity throughout the world all or segments of any such material in any and all media (including print and online) for publicity and news purposes.
13. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Winners’ names and counties will be made available via the official Buxton Water website at www.buxtonwater.co.uk for a minimum period of 3 months after the closing date.
