1. What is the Buxton Rise Up and Win promotion?  

Buxton are offering shoppers the chance to Rise Up and Win a Taste of Adventure, with a £250 Virgin Experience Days voucher available to be won every day!  

Daily prize draw: Enter between 16/05/22 to 14/09/22. 

Catch-all draw: Enter between 15/09/22 to 13/01/23.  

 

2. What are the prizes and how many winners will there be?  

There are 122 daily prize draws where we’ll be giving away 1 x £250 Virgin Experience Day voucher every day. There is also a catch all draw taking place on the 13th January 2023 where there are 3 further £250 Virgin Experience Day vouchers available to be won.  

 

3. When will the promotion be running? 

The daily prize draw will be running from 16/05/22 to 14/09/22. You will be notified by email within 24 hours if you are a winner.  

The catch-all prize draw will be running from 00:00 15/09/22 to 23:59 on 13/01/23. You will be notified by email within 2 weeks of the closing date if you are a winner.  

 

4. Which Buxton products are participating in the promotion? 

The following Buxton Water packs are participating in the promotion:  

Still mineral water; 8x50 cl, 12x50cl, 6x75cl, 6x1.5L, 1.5L, 50 cl – flat cap, 75cl, 1L,

5. Where can I buy the Buxton Rise Up and Win promotional packs?  

The promotional packs can be purchased in all major retailers, as well as most independent retailers.  

 

6. If I win, how long do I have to redeem my Virgin Experience Days voucher?  

If you win, you will need to use the full value of the £250 Virgin Experience Days voucher within 8 months of the date stated on the voucher.  

 

7. If I win, how do I redeem my Virgin Experience Days voucher?  

To redeem your £250 Virgin Experience Days voucher, simply go to www.virginexperiencedays.co.uk and choose your experience/ experiences. When you’re happy with your choice, click ‘Check Out’ and complete your delivery and packaging options. Here, select the ‘add a gift card’ option under the payment section and enter your e-gift card code. Finally, select ‘Finish & Pay’. The e-gift card value will be deduced from your total basket cost.

9. Is there an age limit for entry?  

You have to be over the age of 18 to enter this promotion.  

 

10. I am not in the UK. Can I still enter the promotion? 

Only residents of the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland), the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands can enter this promotion.  

 

11. Do I need to purchase a Buxton product to enter the promotion?  

Yes, if you are a resident of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales), the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands, you need to buy a promotional Buxton pack (full list of participating packs can be found in question 4).  

 

12. Do I need to purchase a Buxton product to enter the promotion if I live Northern Ireland?  

If you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you do not need to make a purchase to enter the promotion. Instead, please send your name, age, full postal address and email address to: BUXTON WIN A TASTE OF ADVENTURE, NPN, Consumer Services, Nestlé UK Ltd, PO BOX 207 York YO91 1XY. Once the request has been verified against the Northern Ireland requirements and the Terms and Conditions, the last 4 digits of a barcode and a receipt will be sent via email. This can then be used to enter the promotion on the website. Entries provided via this route have the same chance of winning as entries from participating promotional packs. 

 

13. How do I enter the promotion?  

To enter the promotion, purchase a participating promotional pack of Buxton Water and keep your receipt. Go to www.BuxtonWater.co.uk/experiences and follow the directions on the promotional entry page. You will need to enter your full name, email address, the last 4 digits of the 13 digit barcode found on your Buxton pack and a picture of your receipt. Once you have entered, you will see a confirmation message on your screen. Good luck!  

 

14. Where do I find my 13 digit barcode? 

On Buxton multipacks, you can find the 13 digit barcode on the back of the pack.  For Buxton single packs, you can find the 13 digit barcode on the side of the pack.  

 

15. I don’t have my receipt/ I’ve lost my receipt. Can I still enter the promotion?  

Sorry, if you live in Great Britain, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands, you will need your receipt to enter the promotion. If you live in Northern Ireland, you do not need to purchase a participating Buxton Water pack to enter. Please follow the instructions outlined in question 11.  

 

16. I don’t have my Buxton pack/ I’ve lost my Buxton pack. Can I still enter the promotion?  

Sorry, if you live in Great Britain, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands, you will need a participating Buxton Water pack to enter the promotion. If you live in Northern Ireland, you do not need to purchase a participating Buxton Water pack to enter. Please follow the instructions outlined in question 11.  

 

17. My computer/ the website crashed whilst I was entering the promotion. How do I know if I’ve entered successfully?  

A valid entry has been made if you receive an on-screen message confirming you have successfully entered the promotion. If your computer or the website crashes during this process, please revisit the website and re-enter the same code again. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please contact Nestlé Consumer Services either by email at [email protected] or by phone on 0800 58 57 59. 

 

18. I think I might have given you the wrong details for receiving my Virgin Experience Days voucher. What should I do? 

Nestlé does not assume any responsibility for failure to deliver prizes due to inaccurately supplied postal address or bank account details. Please take care when entering this information. If you believe you may have entered your details incorrectly, you can contact Nestlé Consumer Services either by email at [email protected] or by phone on 0800 58 57 59. If you are a winner based in the UK (including Northern Ireland), the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands, and your prize is not already out for delivery, we may be able to update your delivery details. 

 

19. How many times can I enter the promotion? 

You can enter the promotion once per promotional pack, and a maximum of twice per day.  

 

20. How many times can I win a prize?  

You can only win a prize once. 

 

21. I have missed the closing date. Can I still enter the promotion? 

Good news – if you have missed the closing date of the daily prize drawer (14/09/22), you will still be able to enter the catch all draw, which runs from the 15/09/22 to 13/01/23. You will not be able to enter the promotion after the 13/01/23.
