Amendment to T&Cs  

ADDENDUM: These Terms and Condition have been updated on 15.10.21. Due to current stock levels, it is possible that there may be flashed promotional stock in the marketplace beyond the current final closing date of 30.12.21 for entry into the catch-all draw. Therefore, a further final draw for a chance to win one of three (3) prizes has been added and is available for any entries received between 00.00 on 31.12.21 and 23:59 on 28.02.22.  Further details can be found in Clauses 13, 18 and 33 of the full Terms and Conditions.  



These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information. 

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering in this promotion, participants confirm that they have read the Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the promotion, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.

  1. The promotion is open to United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Isle of Man and Channel Island residents aged 18 and over only.  

  1. The promotion excludes employees and the immediate families of Nestlé Waters UK Ltd (“the Promoter”), its affiliated companies, agents or anyone else professionally connected to the promotion. 

  1. Purchase of a Buxton Water multi-pack featuring the ‘WIN 1 of 125 Great British Experience Prizes’ promotional flash is necessary. Please retain promotional Multi-pack with one of the bottles batch code and time and all associated receipt(s)/online order(s) as proof of purchase.  

  1. No purchase necessary postal route available for Northern Ireland residents only.  

  2. Internet access and registration of details including first name, last name and a genuine personal email account required for entry into the daily and catch-all /final prize draws. 

  3. One entry only per promotional multi-pack. Maximum of two (2) entries per person, per day during the promotional period.  

  4. Maximum of one (1) prize win of a £250 Virgin Experience Days e-gift card per person and maximum of one (1) prize win of a £250 Virgin Experience Days e-gift card per household only during the full promotional period. 

  5. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, agents, third parties or syndicates will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of programme, aliases, application, script, brute force or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize awarded will be void.  

  6. Each entry to the prize draw must have a new multi-pack plus batch code and time as shown on one of the bottles in the promotional multi-pack as part of the entry requirements plus an associated proof of purchase. Anyone trying to circumvent this rule by using alternative details or proof of purchase from packs not intended for use in this promotion will be disqualified. 


Promotional Period 

  1. The main promotion, with daily draws will open at 00:00 on 03.05.21 and close at 23:59 on 01.09.21. Each day during this period the following draws will occur as detailed: 

  • Draw 1 will take place on Tuesday 04.05.21 from all valid entries received on Monday 03.05.21; 
  • Draw 2 will take place on Wednesday 05.05.21 from all valid entries received on Tuesday 04.05.21; 
  • Draw 3 will take place on Thursday 06.05.21 from all valid entries received on Wednesday 05.05.21; 
  • Draw 4 will take place on Friday 07.05.21 from all valid entries received on Thursday 06.05.21 
  • Draw 5 will take place from all valid entries received on Friday 07.05.21 on Monday 10.05.21 
  • Draw 6 will take place from all valid entries received on Saturday 08.05.21 on Monday 10.05.21; and 
  • Draw 7 will take place from all valid entries received on Sunday 09.05.21 on Monday 10.05.21. 
  1. This daily draw process will continue as below: 

  • Draws 8-14 (10.05.21-16.05.21) with timing schedules daily as the first 7 days i.e., Monday to Thursday valid entries into draws the next day. Friday to Sunday valid entries into draws on the following Monday; 

  • Draws 15-21 (17.05.21 – 23.05.21) with timing schedules daily as the first 7 days; 

  • Draws 22-25 (24.05.21 -27.05.21) with timing schedules daily as the first 4 days of the 7 days; 

  • Draws 26 – 28 (From valid entries on Friday 28.05.21, Saturday 29.05.21 & Sunday 30.05.21) The 3 separate draws will take place on Tuesday 01.06.21 

  • Draws 29-35 (31.05.21 – 06.06.21) with timing schedules daily as the first 7 days; 

  • Draws 36-42 (07.06.21 – 13.06.21) with timing schedules daily as the first 7 days; 

  • Draws 43-49 (14.06.21 – 20.06.21) with timing schedules daily as the first 7 days; 

  • Draws 50-56 (21.06.21 – 27.06.21) with timing schedules daily as the first 7 days; 

  • Draws 57-63 (28.06.21 – 04.07.21) with timing schedules daily as the first 7 days; 

  • Draws 64-70 (05.07.21 – 11.07.21) with timing schedules daily as the first 7 days; 

  • Draws 71 -77 (12.07.21 – 18.07.21) with timing schedules daily as the first 7 days; 

  • Draws 78-84 (19.07.21 – 25.07.21) with timing schedules daily as the first 7 days;  

  • Draws 85-91 (26.07.21 – 01.08.21) with timing schedules daily as the first 7 days;  

  • Draws 92-98 (02.08.21 – 08.08.21) with timing schedules daily as the first 7 days; 

  • Draws 99-105 (09.08.21 – 15.08.21) with timing schedules daily as the first 7 days; 

  • Draws 106-112 (16.08.21 – 22.08.21) with timing schedules daily as the first 7 days; 

  • Draws 113-116 (23.08.21 – 26.08.21) with timing schedules daily as the as the first 4 days of the 7 days; 

  • Draws 117-119 (From valid entries on Friday 27.08.21, Saturday 28.08.21 & Sunday 29.08.21) The 3 separate draws will take place on Tuesday 31.08.21 

  • Draws 120-122 (30.08.21 – 01.09.21) will take place daily as the first 3 days of the 7 days  

  1. For any entry received between 02.09.21 and 30.12.21 there will still be an opportunity to win one of three (3) £250 Virgin Experience Days e-gift card prizes in a Catch-all draw. This Catch-all draw will take place on 03.01.22. 

  2. There will be a further prize draw for the opportunity to win one of three (3) £250 Virgin Experience Days e-gift card prizes from any entry between 31.12.21 – 28.02.22. This final draw will take place on 02.03.22. There will be no other draw after this final draw. 

  3. Entries, depending on times, will be accepted into the relevant promotional draws detailed. Entries are valid for the applicable draw only and will not roll over. 


Entry Requirements 

  1. To enter for a chance to win a £250 Virgin Experience Days e-gift card prize, participants must: 

  • Purchase a participating promotional multi -pack of Buxton Water whilst stocks last (see clause 21 for participating products); 

  • Keep the till receipt / online order for each promotional multi-pack as proof of purchase; 

  • Visit www.BuxtonWater.co.uk/experiences and follow the directions on the promotional entry page;  

  • Enter full name, email address and the last 4 digits of the 13-digit code found on the large barcode on the bottom or back of the multi-pack packaging and the time and date and 9-digit batch code from one of the bottles within the promotional multi-pack, which can only be located on the bottle neck near the lid as (TIME [date time] with the BATCH CODE underneath).  

  1. Valid participants into the daily promotional draw will be entered into that day’s prize draw, and participants will see an onscreen message confirming their entry and will be notified, by email via the email address provided on entry, within 24 hours if entry is on a Monday to Thursday, or on the following Monday (or Tuesday if a Bank Holiday) if entry is on a Friday to Sunday if they are a winner. 

  2. Entries received between 02.09.21 and 30.12.21 will be entered into the Catch-all draw only and will be notified, by email, within two (2) weeks of the closing date if they are a winner.  

  3. There will now also be a further final draw for all valid entries received between 31.12.21 and 28.02.22. The winners only of this final draw will be notified by email, within two (2) weeks of the closing date if they are a winner.  

  4. Please retain each promotional multi-pack wrap and each entry’s receipt as you may need this for verification purposes.  

  5. A promotional multi-pack and the corresponding receipt can only be used once. Entrants who do not give correct details, provide inaccurate or the wrong receipts or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified.  

  6. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or entries received outside any promotional period will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise. 

  7. To enter without purchase in Northern Ireland only – send your name, age, full postal address and email address to: BUXTON WIN 1 of 125 Great British Experiences, NPN, Consumer Services, Nestlé UK Ltd, PO BOX 207 York YO91 1XY. Once the request has been verified against the Northern Ireland requirements and the Terms and Conditions, a promotional batch code and time will be provided via email, which can then be entered on the microsite in order to enter one of the daily prize draws for a chance to win the £250 Virgin Experience Days e-gift card prize. Batch codes and times provided via this route have the same chance to win as entries from participating promotional packs. Only one entry per stamped, correctly mailed envelope. A maximum of 2 entries per person, per day. No Purchase Necessary applications must be received by the Promoter no later than 27.08.21 to ensure that requests can be processed before the end of the core promotion. 

No Purchase Necessary requests will be subject to verification.

Consumers who select a participating promotional multi-pack product as part of an online shop, but who receive a substitute product(s) in their order should contact the Buxton Consumer Services team either by email at: [email protected] or by telephone on Freephone 0800 00 00 30. Providing the user can provide proof of purchase, and proof of substitution, the consumer may still be able to enter the promotion at the discretion of the Promoter. 

Prize Details

  2. The £250 Virgin Experience Days e-gift card codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code.  

  3.  Entrants must be 18 or over to redeem a voucher and make a Virgin Experience Days purchase.  

  4.  To redeem the £250 e-gift card code at www.virginexperiencedays.co.uk, please choose your experience/experiences and click through to ‘My Basket’. When you’re happy with your choice, ‘Check Out’ and complete your delivery and packaging options, here you should select to ‘add a gift card’ under the payment section and then ‘Finish & Pay’. The e-gift card value will be deduced from your total basket cost.  

  5. Winners of the £250 e-gift card code, within the core promotion, must use the full monetary value within 8 months of the date stated on the voucher. This will be detailed in the winner’s email as it could be that this expiry date on receipt will be slightly less than the full 8 months by the time of receipt of the e-gift card. 

  6.  Winners of the £250 e-gift card code, within the late entry draw, must use the full monetary value before November 2022 or the date stated on the voucher. This will be detailed in the winner’s email as it could be that this expiry date on receipt will be slightly less than the full 8 months by the time of receipt of the e-gift card. 

  7.  Each Virgin Experience Day purchase will have its own validity stated on the experience at www.virginexperiencedays.co.uk and can be seen prior to the purchase under the additional details section. Booking dates are held with the supplier and stated on the website pre-purchase.

  9. A total of 128 x £250 Virgin Experience Days e-gift card prizes are available to be won 
    in 122 x daily prize draws between 03.05.21 and 01.09.21. One winner will be chosen each day. Those draws (Monday to Thursday) will be drawn the next working day, weekend draws Friday, Saturday and the Sunday draw will be drawn the following Monday. Any Bank Holiday daily draws will be drawn on the following Tuesday. 

There are also three (3) x winners who will be drawn in the catch-all prize draw on 03.01.22 from entries received between 02.09.21 and 30.12.21, and three (3) winners in the final draw on 02.03.22 from entries received between 31.12.21 and 28.02.22. Winners from the daily draws will not be able to win in any of the catch-all or final draw prizes. 

  1. No cash or other alternative prize will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value. The prize is non-transferable.  

  1. The £250 Virgin Experience Days e-gift card code can be used multiple times up to their value and are redeemable against the total Virgin Experience Days consumer basket.  

  2. The Virgin Experience Days £250 e-gift card codes cannot be extended or refunded in any way. The expiration date for each voucher code can be found in the winner’s email. 

  3. Face value e-gift cards issued by Virgin Experience Days entitle the holder to choose, up to the value of £250 unless subsidised by the winner, an experience supplied by Virgin Experience Days.  

  4. The actual fulfilment of the experience will be by selected third party experience operators acting on behalf of Virgin Experience Days.  

  5.  All Virgin Experience Days e-gift cards carry a unique serial number and pin which must be quoted when dealing with Virgin Experience Days and its experience operators. Vouchers must be kept safely and securely and should be taken on the day of the experience and surrendered to the operator or alternatively sent to the operator if requested to secure the booking. Nestlé or Virgin Experience Days cannot accept responsibility for any loss you may incur as a result of theft, impersonation or identity fraud. 

  6. Experience descriptions, format and timings given on Virgin Experience Days websites and in any other literature are only intended to present a general idea of the experience and shall not be considered binding. In particular, photographs are for illustrative purposes only and do not form part of any contract between you and Virgin Experience Days. As Virgin Experience Days offers experiences at a wide number of venues, details such as session lengths, itineraries, equipment used, and numbers of participants may vary from location to location. Most experiences will be “open” days meaning that other members of the public will be taking part too. This could mean taking your turn with other members of the public.

Winner selection and notification 

  1. For the 122 daily prizes, winners will be randomly selected from all genuine, valid entries, every day via an independently verified computer process and the draws will take place on the days specified after the relevant daily entry date.  

  1. For the three (3) Catch-all prizes and the three (3) Final draw prizes, the winners will be randomly selected via an independently verified computer process from all valid entries received by the draw date. 

  1. The daily winners only will be notified on the draw date specified, via email to the email address provided on entry, to confirm/reconfirm entry details and complete the verification process by providing extra additional information such as proof of receipt for all entries and proof of address if necessary.  
    This claim process, i.e., requesting information and specifics to allow verification of the claim against the entry details will be received initially by email and a secure link and must be completed within 14 days in order for the winner to be verified to receive their prize.  
    Any prizes left unclaimed, or if after investigation the winner has been disqualified, will be forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to re-allocate to a reserve winner, drawn next in line from the original draw. The process will be repeated, twice or until a further 28 days (14 days for each potential contact) after the initial draw date when despite reasonable attempts the prize will be forfeited. 

Once verified, the winning consumers will receive confirmation details that the prize is valid and then will be advised that the win for their £250 Virgin Experience Days e-gift cards will be despatch via email under separate cover. All prizes will be despatched within 30 days of the respective prizes being confirmed via email. The Catch–all and final prize draw winners will be contacted in the above manner with the final closing date of despatching any prize being a maximum of 14 days after this contact when a response hopefully will have been received from a winner or reserve (thus 14 days for the winner or each potential reserve contact to respond.) When the prize is despatched, please allow 30 days for receipt of the prize. If no response is received from and after trying 3 potential contacts and giving them 14 days to respond, then the prize will be withdrawn.  

  1. Winners will be subject to a full verification process. Winners may be asked to provide their promotional multi -pack with the batch code and time from one of the bottles and/or proof of purchase in order to verify their claim. 

  1. Participants are encouraged to monitor their connections and Junk mail during this time in case they are a winner.  



  1. The entrant will receive no fees in relation to their entry into this promotion. Any and all costs incurred by obtaining time off from work or study to take part in the promotion or promotional prize are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for costs incurred.  

  2. The Promoter is not responsible for the acts or default of third-party suppliers but will endeavour to resolve any issues that may arise. 

  3. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters. 

  4. Proof of entry is not proof of purchase. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries (or prize claims for that matter) that are lost, damaged or delayed, nor any associated costs to entrants.  

  5. All entrants will be required to provide a genuine email address that is personal, valid and accessible throughout the promotion. In the event that the specified information is not provided or is incorrect or an alias, the entry may be considered incomplete and therefore the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate the entry. 

  6. In the event of an email address becoming inaccessible during the promotion, the Promoter is not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new email address. 

  1. Promotional batch codes and times must be entered online exactly as they appear on one of the bottles within the multi-pack. Each promotional batch code and time can only be used once for the associated promotional multi-pack purchased. Attempts to enter the same promotional batch code more than once without the associated receipts and purchases, the use of codes from non-promotional packs, or the use of any promotional codes not intended for use in this promotion, may result in disqualification and all entries will be declared void. 

  1. Limitations of liability: Neither the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion, assume any responsibility or liability for: 

a. Any incorrect or inaccurate code entry, or for any faulty, erroneous or failed electronic data transmissions. 

b. Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of codes at any point in the operation of this promotion. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion.  

c. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the microsite or any combination thereof.  

d. Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of codes at any point during the operation of this promotion.  

  1. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation. In the event for any reason the user does not take any element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the user and no cash nor other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize, unless otherwise agreed. 

  1. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value. 

  2. Conduct of entry: The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive. 

  3. If, for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment. 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 calendar days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement, and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise, where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter for all decisions, which are final and binding. It will not respond to any correspondence. 

  1. By taking part in the promotion, winners agree that Nestlé Waters UK Ltd may contact them to ask whether they want to participate in marketing activities relating to the promotion.  

  1. Winners of the £250 Virgin Experience Days e-gift cards surnames and counties will be available by sending an email request to ([email protected]) with ‘WINNERS LIST: BUXTON WIN 1 of 125 Great British Experiences’ in the subject line, for a period of 3 months following the end of the core promotion period. When contacting this email address, your request will be actioned in line with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. If any winner objects to their information being published, then they can contact the Promoter by emailing [email protected] with the subject line ‘BUXTON WIN 1 of 125 Great British Experiences’ in the subject line. The Promoter nevertheless will disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.  

  1. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. 

  2. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect. 

  3. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the participating country and any disputes as to the meaning of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participant’s local courts. 


Data Protection 

  1. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent/you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications.
