Buxton Water “Bottle Flip Challenge' competition

  1. The promotion is only open to UK, CI, IoM & ROI residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Nestlé Waters UK, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

    1. Participants can get involved by sharing a video of themselves successfully completing a bottle flip using a BUXTON WATER bottle (Still or Sparkling) with the tag @buxtonwater and the hashtag #BuxtonFlip during the promotional period which runs from10AM on 26.05.17 until 8PM on 29.05.17. Participants must ensure their videos are shared with the setting ‘Public’ or ‘Global’. A Twitter account is required to take part. Participants who do not already have a Twitter account may open one at www.twitter.com, by following the instructions and reading the Twitter Terms and Conditions.
    2. The first 50 videos posted by qualifying individuals showing a successful bottle flip will win a BUXTON WATER goodie bag. All valid videos tweeted from 10:00 on 26.05.2017 and by no later than 20:00 on 29.05.2017 will be included in the prize draw for a chance to win the main prize: One winner will win five (5) full weekend camping passes for themself and four guests to the Eroica Britannia Festival taking place on 16th to 18th June 2017, at Friden Grange in the Peak District National Park. A full weekend camping pass includes a 3-day festival ticket plus pitch in campsite for 4 nights (arrive Thursday, depart Monday). The prize also includes 5 ride tickets to take part in the Eroica Cycle Ride, details of which can be found at ride http://eroicabritannia.co.uk/the-ride. Pitches for motor homes, caravans, etc. are available but are not included in the prize. These would need to be booked separately and the cost covered by the winner. The winner and their guests must all be 18 or over. Any additional expenses incurred in taking up the prize including, but not limited to, travel to and from the venue will be the sole responsibility of the winner and their guests.
    3. Maximum of one entry per Twitter account holder and no one person may win more than one goodie bag, however, a winner of the goodie bag may go on to win the top prize if their video receives the most genuine ‘Retweets’. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be attempting to circumvent this clause by tampering with the operation of the promotion, setting up multiple accounts, using multiple identities or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the terms and conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
    4. The buying, trading or incentivising of ‘Retweets’ is prohibited and entrants may be disqualified as a result of doing so. If it becomes apparent that individuals are attempting to make multiple ‘Retweets’ for an entrant, for example by using multiple accounts or through ‘brute force’, ‘script’ attacks, promoting the tweet with paid media, or any other automated attacks, these ‘Retweets’ will not be counted as valid.   
    5. The winner of the prize of Eroica Britannia Festival tickets will be the tweeted video that receives the most genuine ‘Retweets’ by the stated closing date. All winners (including the 50 winners of the goodie bags) will be notified via direct message to the Twitter account used to participate in the promotion. The winners will be required to send their full name and address within 3 days of being notified that they are a winner. All reasonable steps will be taken to contact the winner, but if this cannot be achieved within a further 3 days the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize entitlement and award the prize to a next available winner. If the reserve winner does not respond within 3 days of being notified, the prize entitlement will be withdrawn and the prize removed from the promotion.
    6. There are 50 prizes of a goodie bag containing branded items: one t-shirt, one iPhone 6 case, one USB key, one smartphone music amplifier, one earphone case, and one rain poncho available to be won. There is also one (1) top prize consisting of 5 full weekend camping passes for brand guests to the Eroica Britannia Festival taking place on 16th to 18th June 2017, at Friden Grange in the Peak District National Park. The prize consists of tickets only and any additional expenses occurred in taking up the prize will be the sole responsibility of the winner. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any changes to the venue or dates of the Festival due to unforeseen circumstances. Prizes will be delivered within 7 days of confirmation of an agreed address where the prize can be signed for.
    7. Participants should only post videos of themselves or others where they have express permission from the other person to share their image via social media. Videos should not include children under the age of 18. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to immediately and permanently remove any material posted to the promotion post that is deemed to be distasteful, degrading or will in any way cause offence. The Promoter and its agents reserve the right to remove any comment or materials that it deems to be:
    • Violent, negative or/and discriminative of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, or be profane or obscene;
    • Depict any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any particular political agenda or message;
    • Be offensive or be about hate;
    • Defame, misrepresent or contain negative remarks about the Promoter or its products, other people, products or companies;
    • Contain trademarks owned by others or advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind, without permission, or contain any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses;
    • Contain copyrighted materials owned by others (including photographs, sculptures, paintings and other works of art or images published on or in websites, television, movies or other media or musical "samples") without permission;
    • Contain materials embodying the names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any person, living or dead, other than the participant, without permission;
    • Communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which the Promoter wishes to associate;
    • Depict, and cannot itself be in, violation of any law;
    • Any inappropriate or offensive material may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
    1. No responsibility can be accepted for any entries that cannot be made, are incomplete, corrupted, delayed or not received for any other reason whatsoever. The Promoter cannot assume any responsibility for:
    • Any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions
    • Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers used in any aspect of the promotion
    • Any unauthorised access to the operation of this promotion
    • Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or Twitter or any combination thereof
    1. All normal internet connection charges associated with the submission of an entry to the giveaway shall be the entrant’s responsibility.
    2. No cash or alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar alternative of equal or greater value.
    3. By entering the Promotion, the winner acknowledges that they may be required to participate in publicity relating to the promotion without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrants name and/or, statements made by the entrants concerning the Promotion and/or prizes and photographs taken as part of the Promotion.
    4. By entering, participants grant the Promoter any and all rights necessary for distribution and public display of any submitted video or other intellectual property rights that may arise from participation in this promotion, or related publicity, and the irrevocable, unrestricted right to use, publish, display and distribute materials bearing their name and likeness. Entrants grant the Promoter the perpetual right to exclusively, royalty-free and without limitation freely use, modify, edit, copy, reproduce, distribute, translate, create derivative works from, alter and publicly display or publish any such intellectual property rights, for whatever purpose, in any form or medium, whether promotional or in other activities or events arranged by Promoter, whether locally or worldwide.
    5. The names and counties of the winners will be available on request by sending an email titled ‘BUXTON WATER BOTTLE FLIP CHALLENGE’ to: enquiries@waters.nestle.com for a minimum of three months from 30.06.2017.
    6. By participating and submitting a video, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
    7. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter. Data collected for this promotion will not be disclosed to Twitter. Furthermore, any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion should be directed to the Promoter, not Twitter.
    8. Any malicious or manipulative attempt to influence this promotion will result in disqualification. Automated entries will be automatically disqualified. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of the terms and conditions or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to process an entry or fulfil any prize award.
    9. Bulk, trade or third parties applications are not permitted, and will be disqualified.

Winner’s details will be managed by the Promoter for the sole purposes of administering the promotion and sending prizes.
